Workshop Outline and Methodology

The trainer will use a variety of training methods, including small group discussions, individual work and reflection, small group sharing and exercises, case studies and simulations for role-play. Videos that are applicable will form as part of the workshops. 

This is an interactive workshop with a fair split between concept/theory and practical application.
